Acacia Honey

950 g

Also known as Liquid Gold from Our Meadows

Renowned for its pale, straw-like color and glass-like clarity, our Acacia Honey is the crown jewel of our harvest. Collected during the fleeting weeks of late spring when the Acacia groves are in full bloom, this honey is a pure reflection of our local landscape.

Acacia honey is beloved worldwide, but there is something truly distinct about a local harvest. Because it is high in natural fructose and low in glucose, our Acacia honey remains liquid for a very long time, rarely crystallizing.

This makes it the perfect choice for those who love a smooth, pourable consistency year-round.

Taste: Exceptionally mild and delicate with subtle hints of vanilla.
Aroma: A faint, flowery scent that isn’t overpowering.
Texture: Silky, light, and perfectly clear.

The Perfect Pairing
Because it is the sweetest and least acidic of all honey varieties, it won’t overpower other flavors. We recommend using it:

  • As a natural sweetener for teas and coffee
  • Drizzled over fresh goat cheese or creamy gorgonzola.
  • Folded into yogurt and fresh fruit for a light breakfast.
  • By the spoonful—as a gentle, low-acid treat for children.

Pure & Unprocessed

Like all our products, our Acacia honey is raw and cold-filtered. We never overheat our honey, ensuring that the natural enzymes and delicate floral pollens remain intact from the hive to your table.

Harvest Moon: Maj
Color: Water-white to pale yellow
Crystallization: Very slow (stays liquid for 1-2 years)
Origin: Prirodni Rezervat Deliblatska Peščara, Serbia.
